Better HOA Enters into Management Agreement with Wolf River HOA

Collierville, TN 02 January, 2023 - Better Services LLC, Doing Business As Better HOA has entered into an agreement for Community Association Management for the Wolf River Homeowners Association in Collierville Tennessee. The agreement will bring Wolf River HOA much needed Managerial improvements including timely assistance, improved financial transparency and a host of other services. Matt Olsen, owner and sole manager of Better HOA will be the direct point of contact for all Membership ideas and concerns. Thanks to the vision and leadership of the Wolf River HOA Board, led by JB Stettler and Susie Wentz, Wolf River is on a clear path toward improved service and increased value.

Better HOA was founded on the principle that HOA managers should be Community Managers not "Property Managers". Community is so much more than processing dues payments and sending notices. It involves finding value and improvements that benefit the Membership and bring higher value to Owner Property.
